今日は豆乳とささみを使った超ヘルシーなコチュジャンタレのしらたき麺をつくりました。 まろやか濃厚味で鶏肉はとろとろ激うまレシピだから保存して作ってみてね〜! 材料 ・鶏ささみ ・長ネギ ・しらたき ・ミニトマト(お好みで) ・卵 スープ ・刻みニンニクかチューブ ・ごま油 ・豆乳 ・コチュジャン ・ブラックペッパー(お好みで) 作り方 ①ささみを一口大にきって片栗粉を全体にまぶしておく ②フライパンにごま油、ニンニク、コチュジャン、豆乳を入れて軽く煮る ③その間に長ネギを切っておく ④鶏肉も入れて煮る ④しらたきを軽く水で洗って長ネギと一緒に入れる ⑤鶏肉と長ネギに火が通ってしらたきにスープを絡めたら完成 ⑥温泉卵を乗せる人は割った卵を容器に入れて黄身がかぶるくらいまで水を入れる。フォークで黄身を刺したらレンジ600wで50秒! ⑥温泉卵を乗せたらお好みでブラックペッパーをかけて完成! #レシピ #レシピ動画 #ダイエットレシピ #豆乳レシピ #しらたきレシピ
